Ken Rose was a programmer for both SEGA and Atari and worked on many classic titles, as well as some of the biggest unreleased games in gaming history.
At SEGA he worked on Sonic Spinball, which proved to be a big hit. However, he also worked on many unreleased title such as Treasure Tails, which would have been the first spin-off game to feature Sonic's best friend Tails. Ken also started work on Segapede which would have been released on the Genesis / Mega Drive. Ken reflects on his time at Sega with some amazing insights and stories.
Ken then worked at Atari and worked closely with BJ West to help program Black ICE/White Noise. This highly ambitious open world title would have been a Jaguar CD exclusive. Learn more about the back story of one of the worlds most ambitious titles and ultimately why it was never released.
Ken gives an honest and open interview about his time at both Sega and Atari and then working on the Nuon at VM Labs.
